News and Announcements
1. We have scheduled another round of try outs for Wednesday September 23rd at 6pm at Ohlendorff Park. If you know of any interested players please ask them to email Carrie at carrie3142@sbcglobal.net We have 3 open spots.
2. Please get that Mouse Race table together for October 9th! Email Christine Grab for reservations.
3. Please get your Commitment checks payable to St. Louis Fire to Carrie by October 1st (they are due October 10th to the Treasurer so you do have a little cushion). 10460 Bimini Dr, 63123.
4. The Indoor facility is getting a facelift. Dave expects to get the key next week. Please contact him if you want to schedule any time in there.
5. See the previous announcement from Christine for training opportunities. Both McFerron boys will take the Speed and Agility training in October-November (depending on the time slot) for $50 if anybody wants to join us. He will also take a couple pitching lessons. Our team will not start official team practices until January. I will continue to update you on any available training and we will hold a few ‘Open Training’ days in November/December just for fun. Dave might work with pitchers/catchers a little bit too.

We will play at 1pm on the the same field (#7) against the Cardinals. If we win, we move on to the semi-finals of the AA bracket at 5pm on Field #3. If we win that game, we play the championship at 645 pm on Field #3. Hopefully we can avoid the rain. Get some rest and see you 1 hour to 45 mins prior to game time.

We get an extra day of rest before the tournament. As most of you heard from Carrie, we start on Saturday at the Bridgeton Athletic Complex. 13212 Ferguson Ln. Bridgeton, MO 63044. 314-291-7642
Game 1 – 1:30 pm vs. St. Louis Sox on Field #7 (wear green jersey)
Game 2 – 3:15 pm vs. St. Louis Prospects on Field #7 (wear green jersey)
Based on results we will play some time during the earlier afternoon on Sunday on Field #3 or #7 (wear black jersey)
There is a very strong chance for rain on Saturday. I will keep you posted on any news.
