St. Louis Fire Baseball Club

I am BEYOND excited to announce that the St. Louis Fire Baseball Club has received our 501©(3) status from the IRS!!! What does this mean?

- The Club is EXEMPT from federal taxes, sales taxes and property taxes

- The Club now has the ability to give donors tax deductions when they make charitable gifts to our organization

- The Club is now eligible for grants on federal, state and local levels. Most funders state being a 501©(3) as a requirement to apply for a grant. They won’t even consider an organization that is not registered as a 501©(3) entity.

- The Club may now apply to receive donations from Corporate Sponsors as well as donations for items for Trivia Nights, Mouse Races, a Golf Tournament and other fundraisers

- Many media outlets often give free or discounted rates for announcements and press releases from nonprofit organizations

The Board worked really hard on applying for this status and we are SO thrilled to have received it.
